Why QuellDesk
Enterprise ITSM should not need an enterprise admin team.
Many service desks pay enterprise prices for a service desk, then pay again: for hosting, for the administrators who keep the platform running, and for the partners who implement it. The licence is only the first line of the bill.
QuellDesk is built the other way round. One price per agent covers the software, your own dedicated environment, support and upgrades. We run the platform: monitoring, patching, upgrades and backups. You run your service desk.
Moving should not be a leap of faith either, so migration is a fixed plan at a fixed price: live in 8 weeks, with 30 days of hypercare after go-live.
